Summer is nearly here, and I am enjoying the return of light and heat. This hand position is a resting and offering position and therefore I have titled it "Peace."

Day 13_ Experience the NAAD

SOLD!

This Kundalini Yoga meditation uses the SAY SARASWATI meditation to invoke the power of NAAD (precise sounds that create an auric frequency of 2.7) to lock our brain into a new pattern that assures deep transformation. Reading the sacred words, (in this meditation both Sanskrit and English) from a piece of paper is an ancient style of meditation that is very technically effective, and you feel wonderful after.

Amazing Hung Together!

Thank you for enthusiasm for these daily paintings. I have sold all thirteen, 10 x 10 inch oil paintings on canvas, that I have made to date! Some patrons are buying more than one painting and hanging them together in groups of two or more. Here's an example of how they look together. I hope to post a new painting later today, with gratitude!

Love,

Susan
