This Kundalini Yoga meditation uses the SAY SARASWATI meditation to invoke the power of NAAD (precise sounds that create an auric frequency of 2.7) to lock our brain into a new pattern that assures deep transformation. Reading the sacred words, (in this meditation both Sanskrit and English) from a piece of paper is an ancient style of meditation that is very technically effective, and you feel wonderful after.
